I absolutely loved staying at this hotel in Heraklion! The location is perfect, with easy access to the Old Town and the bus stations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed, and they were spotlessly clean. I particularly enjoyed the balcony, which had a partial sea view. The strong WiFi was an added bonus.

This centrally located hotel was close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite being in the hustle and bustle, the room was surprisingly peaceful and kept out any noise from the busy street. The bathroom was clean and had a nice hot shower. The staff were helpful with left luggage and spoke English. The continental breakfast had a variety of options, including traditional Greek food. The hotel also had a small, private balcony with a panoramic view.

Some receptionists were a bit indifferent and sometimes difficult to understand.

The shower was not clean and had mold on the curtain, making it stick to your body.

Nice little buffet-style breakfast, not a far walk to the old town, nearby mini market, every room has a balcony, assisted with getting taxis.

The breakfast was decent and the location was amazing, super close to everything we wanted to see. the staff was helpful and recommended a great local restaurant. Best of all, we got complimentary drinks upon check-in!

The room was freezing, the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, and there was a damp smell that was a bit off-putting. the maid came to clean at odd times and the fridge had a weird smell.
