The location of Prague Inn was superb, with all the sights and shops within walking distance. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our room. The 12pm checkout time was also a great bonus.

Christmas at this hotel was ruined. The only good thing about the hotel were the complementary drinks upon arrival and the candy canes in the room. The location was fine and close to the Christmas markets. But that was about it for the good.

The worst aspects of our stay were numerous. The room was freezing cold and the heating barely worked.
