The location of Prague Inn was superb, with all the sights and shops within walking distance. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was good, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with our room. The 12pm checkout time was also a great bonus.

Christmas at this hotel was ruined. the only good thing about the hotel were the complementary drinks upon arrival and the candy canes in the room. the location was fine and close to the Christmas markets. But that was about it for the good.

The worst aspects of our stay were numerous. the room was freezing cold and the heating barely worked.

Convenient downtown location near restaurants, easy access to public transport. Spacious rooms, great breakfast selection. Helpful, friendly staff. Late check-out possible. Nearby parking garage. Will definitely return. Everything perfect!

Staying here was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as it was virtually on top of the metro station. This made it easy to get around and see everything I wanted to see. The service was top-notch, with staff available at all times for room service, car hire, laundry, and more. The room itself was very comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and soundproofed walls. I also appreciated the dining options at this venue, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The staff, including the manager, were very accommodating and ensured that my stay was excellent.
