Some of the staff members are inexperienced, which can lead to issues with customer service.

The hotel facilities were great and had a nice gym and pool. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. the location was very convenient and easy to get around.

They only accepted cash for everything which was quite inconvenient. , there were some additional charges for water and other things that were not included in the room price, which was a bit disappointing.
