From the moment we walked into the reception, we felt welcomed. The owner personally greeted us and the receptionist was friendly and attentive. Our suite room with a balcony had a stunning view of the river and was beautifully decorated. The central location was convenient yet quiet. We were so impressed that we have already booked our next stay at this hotel. I highly recommend Tao Riverside Residence.

By The River, this hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Phnom Penh area and visiting tourist sights. Situated right near the river, you can enjoy beautiful views from the rooms and easily access riverside restaurants. The hotel is well-kept and offers comfortable rooms with modern decor. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast is delicious and can even be delivered to your room for added convenience. the location, comfort, and service make this hotel a great choice for your stay.

Some of the furniture in the rooms were spoilt and in need of repair.

The room size and river view were quite nice. the location was convenient for exploring the nightlife and nearby restaurants.

The room had a moldy smell and the air freshener used to mask the smell only made it worse. The safe didn't work and the TV could only be changed by entering the channel number.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, right at the riverside in a very central area. I loved being able to walk to the Royal palace and there were plenty of eating places around. The rooms were so comfortable and modern, with a swivel TV between the bedroom and living room. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the manager was always present and welcoming. The French press and coffee grounds in the room were a nice touch, and the room service breakfast was a great bonus. I couldn't have asked for a better value for my money!

During our recent stay at Tao Riverside Residence, we were delighted by the stunning view from our balcony. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The complimentary fresh tea and coffee in the room were a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the wide variety of options in the minibar, which were reasonably priced. The Nespresso machine in the lobby was a nice addition as well. The customer service was professional and friendly, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We would like to extend a special thanks to Srey Kan for being incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast at the nearby Eric Kaiser Restaurant was superb, and there were plenty of dining options for the evenings. we had a fantastic experience at Tao Riverside Residence and would highly recommend it.
