I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and quick connections to the center. The high-speed wifi was a bonus!

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. The hotel facilities, including the gym and heated pool, were excellent. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city centre and close to transportation options. The breakfast had a wide selection of food and drinks, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

We had a wonderful stay here with great amenities! This place is well situated for the city center as it's in walking distance. The room amenities such as the refrigerator and ironing facilities were really convenient. The dining restaurant was really nice, and we also enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness center with its swimming pool, jacuzzi, massage, steam room. Also, the staff from a more senior manager was helpful and friendly, and they were able to supply our group with a wheelchair which was very much appreciated.

We don't have much to complain about, except that there was quite a long queue at the reception desk, so it could have benefited from having 2 receptionists. Nevertheless, we would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

The gym facilities were excellent and the spa and pool were great too. The room was nice, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping areas and within walking distance of the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. the room itself was comfortable and spacious, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. the spa facilities were a great bonus, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of work.

Despite leaving the "please clean my room" sign on the door every day, my room was never cleaned and I ran out of clean towels and toilet paper. the staff availability and approachability were lacking, and there were times when I couldn't find anyone at the front desk to address my concerns.

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure, especially the spacious and well-equipped gym and pool area. Even though the TV was small, the panoramic view from the room made up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend staying here.

mercure in cardiff exceeded my expectations! staff were welcoming and helpful, ensuring a safe experience. the cleaning and views were perfect. i was impressed overall!

Spacious corner rooms on high floors with stunning sea and mountain views. Helpful staff, comfortable beds, and delicious food choices. Relaxing spa with excellent massages and clean facilities. Convenient hotel parking with direct lift access to reception. Quiet rooms with no outside noise.

The hotel is conveniently located near Cardiff city centre, with easy access to public transport and the best bars in town. The rooms are spacious and clean, with features like charging outlets and mini fridges being a bonus. The breakfast options are good and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Some guests had issues with the plumbing and facilities like the pool and sauna not working properly.

I stayed at Mercure for a few nights to visit my son who lives nearby. The room was amazing - a corner suite on the 9th floor with stunning views. The spa area was immaculate and I had the best facial ever from Ffion. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was good. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough - my favorite in town!

The Xmas trees were lovely and added some festive cheer to the hotel. We also appreciated the complementary water bottles in the room. the hotel was located close to the city center which made it convenient for exploring.

The traffic noise was constant and made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was also a letdown with a very limited selection and poor quality food.
