Our stay was punctuated by attentive service, especially from the friendly staff who surprised us with a personalized welcome drink. The stunning pool area became our leisurely escape. Had a fun group vacation with friends. The breakfast was super tasty and the pool was a great place to hang out. We checked out the Royal Palace and took a trip to the local markets, both were awesome! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made it enjoyable.

One downside was a spa experience that left us a bit frustrated. We weren't informed there would be a charge until after using the service, which felt a bit sneaky. Just make sure to ask about any additional fees beforehand to avoid surprises.

Would definitely recommend for getting around area.

Spacious room, relaxing pool area, the breakfast featured a delightful homemade pineapple jam and the hotel's location allowed easy access to key attractions, being just 15 km from the airport.

Everything was as expected.

in addition, i had to deal with a dirty corridor and random plates left out, attracting insects. considering all this, you'd think a complimentary gesture would be in order, but no, just more disappointment. would’ve given 5 stars, but just couldn't.

We loved the serene atmosphere, especially after a busy day exploring. The spa treatments, like the foot scrub, were just what we needed to unwind. The pool area offered a perfect place to relax with the kids and our pet, truly a lovely oasis.

this hotel is just perfect for relaxation! the pool area is real nice and chill, and breakfast is a full buffet with so many fresh options, you wont go hungry! i really loved how the staff were super nice and served drinks by the pool, it made my day really special. the atmosphere is so calm too, even tho your in the city. the rooms are big and comfy, i slept like a baby every night!

the room could be a bit cleaner, there were some moldy spots in the shower. also, housekeeping was kinda basic, like they left dirty plates in my room all day.

this hotel was such a chill place! the pool area is absolutely beautifull, and the atmosphere feels like a little oasis in the city. the staff are super friendly and always ready to help, making everything so easy and comfy. i loved having breakfast by the pool, so relaxing! the layout of the hotel is nice too, really gives off a cozy vibe.

unfortunately, i found some dirty plates left in my room for a while, which wasn’t cool. also, the check-in process took longer than expected, kinda annoying.
