The beds, although new, can be quite firm. Providing mattress toppers could enhance the sleeping experience for guests.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel here and had a fantastic experience. The location was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. There were also some amazing restaurants right on the beach, offering delicious food and a great atmosphere. I loved being able to relax and soak up the sun in such a picturesque setting.

Great hotel situated on a beautiful beach with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! the food was regularly delicious and the choice was always varied. With an amazing breakfast buffet and lovely pool area, you'll love staying and relaxing here. the staff always made sure that we were happy and comfortable, and the beach was cleaned every morning which was a nice touch.

Sadly, there were sellers on the beach which is common in Southeast Asia, but the hotel can't do anything about it. Plus, the hotel sometimes lacked attention to detail with small things like lights, air conditioning and welcoming refreshments not being prepared for our arrival which is a letdown.
