A Hidden Gem in Palma's Old Town

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, making my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was very well run and clean, with beautiful furnishings and a wonderful historic building. I loved the central location, as it was tucked away down a quiet lane but still within a 10-minute walk to cafes, shops, and the Cathedral. It was so convenient to have everything close by. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, providing a great start to my day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet backstreet in the heart of the old town. We were able to easily explore the maze-like streets and visit all the different neighborhoods. The service was exceptional, with staff who were attentive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with a glass of cava, to the moment we left, we felt well taken care of.

Friendly staff, excellent food, great service, comfortable beds, and beautiful rooftop terrace. Can't wait to return.

The complimentary champagne and personalized Christmas card were a nice touch upon arrival. the hotel is tucked away in a quieter street but still just a short walk from popular sights and restaurants. the rooftop terrace was a great spot for some relaxing downtime with a view of the city.

The room was quite small and lacked adequate storage space for luggage and clothes. the heating system also struggled to keep the room warm and cozy during the chilly Christmas weather.

It was the perfect balance of being in a calm area while still having easy access to the main town area. I particularly enjoyed the roof terrace, which had fluffy towels, sun loungers, and a plunge pool. The sheltered area provided a welcome respite from the heat and the telephone bar service made it even more convenient. The hotel also offered a meal service, and I found the quality to be excellent. this place exceeded my expectations, and I am definitely looking forward to coming back soon!

There were a few minor things that could be improved, such as offering more variety in the evening meal options, particularly when it comes to fish dishes. That being said, this hotel is highly recommended, especially for families.

The staff at Boutique Hotel Posada Terra Santa were amazing and most welcoming, going out of their way to greet us and help us with organizing trips and recommendations. The hotel's location in the heart of the old town was superb, and the beautifully restored rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious with a lovely selection of fruit, cereals, breads, and pastries, and the hot food was freshly made to order. The rooftop was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. the hotel provided a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.
