The hotel provided a free airport shuttle, which was extremely convenient. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was immaculately clean and tidy, and the amenities provided were excellent. I particularly loved the comfortable sitting area and the lovely terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor pool, which was perfect for cooling off on hot days. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room with a comfortable bed made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the pool and fitness room, were of great quality and added to our experience. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were always present and professional. We particularly appreciated the assistance of the security staff, who offered to escort us and run errands during our stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, not far from the airport or train station, and surrounded by shops, eateries, and even a casino.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay in Douala. the hotel offered a free airport shuttle, which was a convenient and cost, effective way to travel. the lobby areas were well, maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax. Additionally, the hotel had a nice pool area where I could unwind after a long day. the location was central, making it easy for me to explore the city and access various amenities. the staff at the hotel were polite and check, in and check, out processes were hassle, free.

There were a few aspects of my stay that left room for improvement. the hotel itself seemed dated and in need of refurbishment.
