The hotel had spacious, beautifully decorated rooms that were clean and comfortable. The sit-down breakfasts were delicious and the service was top-notch. The hotel's location was great, with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance.

There was a slight noise issue from the street in our room. Additionally, the smell of cooked food in the morning was a bit overwhelming in the staircase area.

As backpackers, we loved the quiet location and easy access to Victoria's attractions. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were amazing with alternative options available for dietary restrictions. Off street parking was a definite plus.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with Christmas lights and ornaments, which added to the festive spirit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions and shopping areas in the city.

The property had stairs that made it difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate. Moreover, the bathroom facilities were not very user-friendly for disabled guests.

Charming Abigails Hotel - great location. We walked everywhere from the Abigails Hotel. Fantastic breakfast. Phenomenal afternoon snacks and drinks. Great hospitality. Located in a residential area, but within a very short walk to the most beautiful park and to all of the Victoria attractions. The decor from the second you pull up is amazing. Like a fairytale. Our room was huge. Big bed, nice seating area, big bathroom and a wonderful jacuzzi tub. Breakfast, which was included was so good!! Everything was walkable and most importantly everyone who worked at Abigails was friendly and over and above helpful. The attention to detail was very good. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room, delicious gourmet breakfasts, and friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's food intolerances. The location was perfect for walking to attractions and the quiet neighborhood was a nice break from the city center.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown attractions and close to the ferry terminal. it was a charming and delightful experience.

This cozy hotel is located in a quiet area but just a short and easy walk to the harbor and lovely restaurants. The patio boasts beautiful gardens for a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are some of the most comfortable you'll ever sleep on. The included breakfast is a full sit down meal with a few choices cooked on the spot, simply amazing!

The hotel lacks a pool, but with so much to do nearby, you won't miss it.

I had the most exquisite breakfast at Abigail's – three courses of pure delight. From the fresh squeezed orange juice to the hot poppyseed scone with raspberry jam, every bite was delectable. The smoked salmon, sausage, grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes, and poached egg were cooked to perfection. The attention to detail and the delicious flavors made this breakfast a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
