I loved the location of this hotel. It was easy to access the freeway and downtown Waynesville, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff was always friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a well-equipped exercise room that had a variety of equipment. The rooms were always clean and attractive, with comfortable beds and large 55" flat screen TVs. I also appreciated the hotel's location away from some great restaurants in the Haywood County area, as well as the beautiful mountain views.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western in Waynesville. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast attendant went above and beyond. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The outside areas of the hotel were well-maintained, and the views were spectacular. The location was perfect for exploring the Natahala Forest and Blue Ridge Parkway, and there's a fantastic steak restaurant nearby called Bogarts.

The breakfast was only adequate, not the best we had ever experienced. Some reception staff, particularly two older ladies, were not particularly friendly, lacking eye contact and greetings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view of the mountains in three directions was absolutely spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and even giving me pointers on nearby attractions. The location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants close by, and there was a huge Walmart right in front of the hotel, which I wouldn't have known if I hadn't asked. The hotel was very well maintained, with clean rooms and great facilities. And the rates were quite economical for the quality. it was a great experience.

Friendly staff, great location, very clean rooms, and good breakfast. Nice amenities, such as a waffle and pancake maker. The room had new finishes, fresh paint and carpet. Also, the snow clearance service was excellent. Highly recommended within a 10-mile range for a quality stay.

We stayed at Best Western in Waynesville for one night as we explored the Blue Ridge Parkway. This older property has been nicely updated and our room was very clean and comfortable. Despite the cramped breakfast area, the welcoming staff member cooked us omelets to order. The hotel is in a good location and the view of the mountains was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet and secluded. The front desk staff was also lovely and worked hard to find us two rooms close together on a busy night.
