The hotel had floor to ceiling windows that provided a superb river view. The shower and large TV were very good, and we particularly liked the touch screen panel that controlled the lights, door, and blinds. The reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, with easy access to downtown shopping, restaurants, and attractions. We could walk to everything or take a short Uber ride. The hotel staff was kind and attentive, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also offered underground parking for a fee.

The hotel had a great modern design and the tech stuff was impressive. the master controller made it easy to control the lights, blinds, and temperature. the shower was a nice surprise with two options and colored lights to set the mood. the bedspread and pillows were incredibly soft and comfortable.

There was a big gap between the blinds in the room, which affected privacy and let city lights in. the hotel lacked nearby restaurants and options for dining were limited.
