our stay at the beach hotel in hurghada was absolutely incredible. from the friendly staff to the delicious food and beautiful pools, everything exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious and the design was impeccable. it was the perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable wedding ceremony.

One small disappointment was the distance we had to walk from our room to the main amenities. it would have been more convenient if everything was closer together.

Great staff, always attentive and happy to help. The animation team was fantastic and my son had a blast with them. The facilities were well-maintained and the housekeeping service was excellent. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. The beach was clean and quiet, just a short walk from the hotel.

The seating areas outside at night were wasted and there was limited space in the bar reception area. The room décor and bathrooms were dated and in need of a makeover.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, right on the beach, was perfect for enjoying the sun and sand. Additionally, the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.

We had an incredible stay at Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent treatment from the staff, especially Mr Abdullah at the reception. the room was constantly cleaned and smelled wonderful. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh mango juice. Special thanks to Mr Haitham for arranging a beautiful birthday party for my father and to Hisham for his prompt service.

During our stay, we had a great time in the prime location right on the international promenade, which made it simple to get to the beach whether we were fully covered or in normal swimwear. The hotel's entertainment team ensured that there was never a dull moment, with activities such as yoga, volleyball, and darts available. Furthermore, the three a la carte restaurants provided delicious international cuisine, with fresh juices and sweets as well. Our room was spacious with a TV, nice bathroom, and a beautiful sea view, and room service did a fantastic job every day.

There was one downside, such as issues with the pillows being too hard in some rooms, which could have been improved.

The entertainment program was top-notch, with live music, belly dancers, and acrobats providing nightly shows. The animation team was always energetic and there was never a dull moment. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options available each day. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The noise level, especially during the pool parties and evening animation shows, could sometimes be a bit overwhelming and made it difficult to relax.

The hotel location and facilities are great - big swimming pool and nice beach. The animation team provides interesting entertainment and exercise programs. The hotel is well-managed with clean and well-maintained facilities. The food is good and the rooms are comfortable with necessary equipment.

We loved the variety of amenities and activities available for families with children. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the database mentioned a man in Cafe de Paris, the chefs in the restaurant, and the reception team. The guest relations girl was cooperative and welcomed feedback. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast. The hotel was clean and well-organized during meal times and shows. the value for money was excellent.

The room was spacious, super clean and located at an exceptional place providing easy access to the pool, beach, and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, with a variety of options. The staff, particularly waiter Mr. Waleed, went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. USB sockets were available for charging, and the housekeeping staff were cooperative. The main restaurant had a tropical and refreshing ambiance, ensuring privacy even when crowded. The staff were professional and the food quality was superb.
