The beach at the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful clear waters and soft white sand. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at the hotel were also fantastic, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.

The lack of variety in the children's activities at the kids club. It would have been nice to see more options available to keep the kids entertained.

For our 7-night stay at Lux*, we booked a Junior Suite which was perfect for our family with two young kids. The resort's beautiful landscape and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The housekeeping staff was punctual and accommodating, especially considering our children's needs. The Kids club was fantastic, and our nanny, Dimmy, was wonderful. The food options were abundant, and we enjoyed exploring different restaurants. The staff, from check-in to the spa and the bar, was exceptional, making our honeymoon even more special. The beach was a paradise, and the rooms were spacious and well-designed. The breakfast buffet, with its homemade croissants, was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at a beach facing junior suite, which was excellent in all of the restaurants. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The service was top-notch, with staff like Rikesh and Varadah going above and beyond to make our trip special. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and we enjoyed the stunning view from our balcony. The adults-only beach was a perfect spot for relaxation.

The evening entertainment was average with only a handful of guests attending.

Best Beach Getaway for Thanksgiving! Loved the stunning private beach and clear turquoise waters. The mouth-watering food from a variety of cuisines - vegetarian options were amazing! The contemporary theme was very catchy and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and had an amazing balcony with a breathtaking view. The perfect key location for a Thanksgiving get-together with family and friends.

Worst part was minor issues with the staff during late check-in. , the spa facilities needed a bit more attention.

This hotel is pure luxury! We enjoyed exclusive amenities, such as a spa and wellness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and beach access - all of which were kept spotlessly clean. The staff offered excellent service, including live entertainment. We had an indulgent full body massage, body scrub, and facial at the spa lounge, which was extremely relaxing. The beauty treatments were top-notch and made us feel like royalty. The rooms had gorgeous poolside views and we were able to enjoy the BBQ facilities and make use of the Sun loungers in the Garden area.

The hotel is located away from the city center, but we really appreciated the peace and quiet. The only issue was the limited selection of special diet menus, but the breakfast buffet made up for it with its wide range of options.
