The bed in the room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. the room itself was exceptionally clean, with floor to ceiling windows that allowed plenty of natural light to fill the space. One of the best aspects was the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special shout-out to Lexter, who provided outstanding service during our business meetings.

Another advantage was the comfortable bedding that provided a great night's sleep.

When I requested an extension, I was denied by the manager despite only requesting an hour longer. This left a negative impression and made the end of my stay somewhat stressful.

Whether it's catching a show at the button Cummings theatre, exploring the vibrant downtown area, or attending an event at the MTS Centre, everything is just a stone's throw away. The convenience of the location truly enhanced our overall experience.

While the hotel offered a range of amenities and facilities, we found that the TV in our room was quite small and lacked modern features like Bluetooth or Scart connectivity. However, with so much to explore and enjoy in the surrounding area, it was a minor inconvenience and hardly affected our stay.
