Breakfasts were a delightful mix! The almond french toast was a standout, and the lovely lounge with games made mornings even better. Plus, the location was perfect for soaking in Quebec City's charm, just a walk away from history and great vibes.

Breakfasts were nice but felt a touch ordinary—bacon, eggs, and brown toast one day followed by that amazing almond french toast. A bit more fruit or rye bread options would've made it even brighter.

Had a fantastic 4-night stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. Super comfy beds 😴, and the private bathroom was great! Loved the huge free breakfast with hot bread and homemade jams. Marjorie was a helpful host. Free parking a huge plus. Everything was just a 10-15 min walk away, perfect for exploring!

During my two-night stay, I was disappointed by the limited breakfast options, which could have used more variety. The shared bathroom space was quite tight, making it a challenge to store toiletries. Additionally, the room I stayed in was adjacent to the common area, leading to some noisy interruptions in the afternoons when families were present, making it hard to relax.

The building has a beautiful historic charm with a circular staircase and original brass decorations. There’s a lovely shared sunroom filled with books and games. A charming outdoor balcony. The bathroom is huge, accommodating a family of five comfortably. The location is ideal for walking around the old city.

The location just inside the old city walls made exploring incredibly easy, allowing us to walk to many attractions. The breakfasts were a highlight, featuring unique homemade baked goods and generous portions. While the shared bathroom arrangement worked fine, it sometimes felt cramped for toiletries. Noise from common areas was occasionally distracting during the afternoons, but the warm hospitality and charming atmosphere made for a memorable stay.

We loved staying at Chez Hubert! The historic building had such charm, and the outdoor balcony was perfect for enjoying morning coffee with our little dog. Breakfasts were definitely a treat, especially with the abundance of delicious homemade jams.

For dads, it would be great to have more outdoor seating options for families.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The beds were super comfy, and I slept really well. The bathroom was pretty good too, even if it could use a bit more space for toiletries. The room was nice and tidy, but it could have used some more light. Still, Marjorie was a fantastic host and made everything feel warm and welcoming. Free parking was a lifesaver! Would definitely consider staying again!
