I absolutely loved my recent stay at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' drive from the heart of Banff and close to all the snow fields and Lake Louise. The one-bedroom condo I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the mountains from my end unit were absolutely breathtaking. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service, from reception to the cleaners. The free transport into town was a great convenience. I highly recommend this resort for a beautiful and perfect stay.

It is like a small village that offers a lot of services such as a fitness centre, indoor heated swimming pool or facilities, and a great leisure spa & wellness centre. There are laundry, flat-screen TV, and cookware/ kitchen utensils provided in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to give good advice and suggestions. The picnic area and tables were great for outdoor relaxation and the game room is perfect for family fun.

This hotel is a real gem! Its location, like a little village, is perfect. Just a short drive from the main highway and not too close to the busy downtown area, it offers views of the mountains that left me in awe. The staff is top-notch and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are really great, on a main level and equipped with very good kitchen facilities. I appreciated the breakfast served. It was a lovely touch!

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, there were a few key aspects that I really liked. the location was perfect. It was just a short drive away from the heart of Banff, and also conveniently close to the Sunshine and Norquay snow fields and Lake Louise. This made it really easy for me to explore all the beautiful attractions in the area. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. From the reception to the cleaners, everyone provided excellent service. Additionally, I really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, along with the beautiful views of the mountains.

While my overall experience at this hotel was pleasant, there were a couple of things that I disliked. the food service was not as convenient as I expected.
