Best aspects of our stay were the indoor pool and spa, which were a welcome relief from the cold weather. Additionally, as Spire Elite members, we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade. the staff was incredibly helpful, with a special mention to the breakfast attendant who was friendly and polite. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, ensuring a restful stay. Check, in and check, out were quick and hassle, free.

The only downside was the difficulty in accessing the property due to ongoing construction in the area. It was a bit frustrating navigating through the detours and road closures.

As young travelers, we loved the location right off the interstate and the easy access to the parking lot. The rooms were clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed after a long drive over Raton pass. The breakfast area featured hatch green chili, which was spicy and delicious. The staff, especially the nice lady taking care of the breakfast area, went above and beyond to ensure everyone was happy.

I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express in Raton. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a restful night after crossing Raton pass. The location was convenient, just off the interstate, and the staff treated me with excellent service. A special shout-out to the lovely lady taking care of the breakfast area, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and served spicy hatch green chili.

There was construction noise during my stay, which was quite bothersome. the paint fumes in the newly remodeled room were also unpleasant.

I gotta say, for the price I paid, the room at Holiday Inn Express was totally worth it. Clean, quiet, and exactly what I needed after a long drive. Plus, the location was spot on, right off the interstate. The staff was amazing too, especially the sweet lady taking care of breakfast. Reminded me of my grandma and made sure everyone was happy.

Only thing missing to make the breakfast even better would be more variety in the offerings.
