During our Christmas stay, we were pleased with the warm and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms had a charming and homely feel, which added a nice touch to our holiday getaway. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the on-site restaurants and bar provided convenience and a variety of dining options for us to enjoy.

One aspect we were not too fond of was the location. Though not within walking distance to downtown, we found it a minor inconvenience as it was easy to access by car.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, very kind and always ready to assist. The lounge staff provided great service, and I even gave an additional tip to the waiter because they were so fantastic. , the rooms had a cozy and traditional Canadian cottage charm with a fireplace, which I absolutely loved.

That the soundproofing in the rooms was an issue. I could easily hear conversations from the neighboring room, which was quite distracting.

Great breakfast included with the stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay.- Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The decor in the hotel was a little dated and could use some updating to make it more modern and appealing. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when having to carry luggage up the stairs.

We stayed in one of their premiere Fantasy Suites, the Flights of Fantasy, a two-story hot air balloon themed room with a jacuzzi tub and a sauna! It was a beautiful room with amazing amenities. The buffet breakfast was good and the $20 voucher for food and drink at their pub or restaurant helped too. We had a great time at the pub, the food and drink was fantastic, and the waitress/bartender was super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel on Princes St is great as it is situated well for exploring the downtown Kingston attractions.

Had a wonderful city break at a hotel with some great complementary facts! the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. the restaurant on site had some fabulous contemporary dishes that catered for all our tastes. the location couldn't have been better with plenty to explore within walking distance. Lastly, we enjoyed that the hotel room was incredibly spacious and clean for relaxation after a day out and about.
