The staff at this hotel were outstanding, very kind and always ready to assist. the lounge staff provided great service, and I even gave an additional tip to the waiter because they were so fantastic. the rooms had a cozy and traditional Canadian cottage charm with a fireplace, which I absolutely loved.

That the soundproofing in the rooms was an issue. I could easily hear conversations from the neighboring room, which was quite distracting.

Great breakfast included with the stay. the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The decor in the hotel was a little dated and could use some updating to make it more modern and appealing. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when having to carry luggage up the stairs.

We stayed in one of their premiere Fantasy Suites, the Flights of Fantasy, a two-story hot air balloon themed room with a jacuzzi tub and a sauna! It was a beautiful room with amazing amenities. The buffet breakfast was good and the $20 voucher for food and drink at their pub or restaurant helped too. We had a great time at the pub, the food and drink was fantastic, and the waitress/bartender was super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel are clean, cozy, and comfortable. I stayed in a room with a fireplace, which added a nice touch and made it feel like a cabin. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy. The location of the hotel on Princes St is great as it is situated well for exploring the downtown Kingston attractions.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.
