the staff at Galliot Hotel couldn't do enough for me - they were all so helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a spacious room with a balcony without even asking. the front desk staff were professional and welcoming throughout my stay. the rooms were clean, well-laid out, and of a good size. the hotel had great facilities, and I particularly enjoyed the fantastic cocktails on the second floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again.

Our stay at Galliot was fantastic! We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The hotel's location was perfect, close to bars and restaurants, and just a short walk to the amazing Lanterns restaurant. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and helpful.

Breakfast delights, but could be improved with more variety in the options.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right in the centre of Nha Trang and just a few minutes' walk to the beautiful beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking. The hotel really exceeded our expectations.

The only minor downside was the ongoing construction nearby, which occasionally disrupted the peaceful atmosphere.

The room was spacious and had plenty of storage space. We were able to check in early and were even upgraded to a better room. The staff went above and beyond in their service, especially Linh at reception. The breakfast buffet was good and we were able to take some with us when we left. The staff arranged a cheap car transfer to the train station for us. a great hotel with helpful staff.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.

The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help with any queries or requests. the hotel facilities were excellent, including a rooftop swimming pool with a breathtaking view. Additionally, the availability of parking and transportation options made our stay even more convenient.

The breakfast had some good options and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel's location was great, with lots of restaurants and a beach nearby. They also provided a discount for local attractions, which was a nice touch.

The fitness center was not up to standard. the gym equipment was old and in poor condition, not worth advertising as a fitness center.
