We loved the exceptional service from the staff, especially Demi and the friendly chef who accommodated our family's needs during breakfast. The maid service was also very patient. It was helpful to have a restaurant attached to the hotel, and we enjoyed being within walking distance of a pub. The location was close to everything we wanted to visit in the city.

Good internet, nice restaurants with allergy precautions. Key card gave wifi info. Able to Skype and game at same time. Friendly staff, quick to help. Comfy beds, quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast, variety. Main street location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. A+++++ 😊

During my recent stay at the Best Western Plus Bathurst Hotel & Suites, I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for my stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the slow elevator, they did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

The bed was super comfy and the hotel was really clean. the location was great, close to all the main attractions and restaurants, making it easy to navigate the city. the staff was really helpful and friendly, giving us great tips on where to go and what to do.

the advertisement mentioned a hot tub/jacuzzi, but it turns out there wasn't one. the hot water in the shower was not working properly.

The hotel is close to everything you would want. Within walking distance of a pub. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast had a great healthy variety.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable with large windows that actually opened. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the waterfront and boardwalk. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Priya at breakfast and Tina at the front desk.
