I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with easy access to anywhere in the city. I could buy a travelcard locally and use the transport system to explore various attractions, including the waterfalls, for just $7.50 for the day. The hotel food was delicious and of a high standard. The room and overall hotel condition were excellent, with spacious rooms and great room service. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently close to a variety of restaurants, malls, and the train station.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel environment is safe and secure. The room was spacious, well-lit, and clean. Excellent amenities include a large shower, bathrobes, WiFi chargers, and a mini fridge. The staff is polite, bilingual, and fast-acting. The hotel is environmentally conscious with a change bedsheet/towel policy.

I loved how close the hotel was to the Old Town area where there are many restaurants, shops, and gift shops. The hotel staff were amazing, providing us with a welcome package upon arrival. The pool was easily accessible and lots of fun, and our meal at the hotel restaurant was fabulous. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby coffee shops for us to enjoy.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We got great value for our money with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a nice pool and gym. The location was perfect, just a short walk or taxi ride away from downtown and all its attractions. The staff at the hotel were polite, friendly, and always ready to help.

Breakfast items could be improved, specifically the leek soup which had a gritty texture and the undercooked shrimp in the Asian salad.

We chose this place because it was conveniently located in an ideal area, close to the best attractions and in the downtown district. The staff here are great, greeting us in both French and English and always willing to help. Our room was upgraded to an executive room, which was spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-stocked with amenities and had a large shower. We also appreciated the personalized attention and valet service.

Best Western exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff and central location. Even though we had to pay for parking, it was worth it to have unlimited access to our car. The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was not fully cleaned everyday, which was a slight disappointment.

Just a short walk away from Old Quebec City, we were able to easily explore the charming streets, visit restaurants and attractions, and shop to our heart's content. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service we received from the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring we started each day off right. We were also impressed with the hotel's swimming pool, featuring beautiful wall paintings of Quebec's natural scenery. our experience here was nothing short of amazing.

The check-in service was a bit careless at times, but it did not dampen our overall experience at the hotel.

On the downside, the breakfast was overpriced and not very good.

I had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, I was able to see all the top sights in the downtown area with ease. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially the one great staff member who assisted me during my stay. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also great perks.

I wasn't able to fully enjoy all the amenities since some of the common areas were closed, but I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Great value for money! I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quietness of the building. the staff members were wonderful; friendly, responsive and knowledgeable which helped a lot during my business stay. They recommended great restaurants and offered top-notch service, especially Alex who was always on his A game. the hotel is very strategically located; close to a range of bars and restaurants which was great for networking. Jade at the cafe was also amazing, and the coffee was great!

The breakfast selection was not as great as I expected, and the price was a bit on the high side too. I had a hard time with the air conditioning unit in my room;

This hotel is conveniently located between the Pepsi Colisee and the Old City, making it easy to find and get to activities in the old part of Quebec. It is also close enough to the Old City and offers a variety of good eateries in the La Roche area, all for a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large showers and good pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service at all times.

The lobby area can be quite crowded and cramped, which can make check-in a bit chaotic.
