I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Prague Congress Centre. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fresh look. The beds were extremely comfy and the pillows were huge, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, although the bath seemed unnecessary. The hotel is conveniently located just two stops away from the town center, and you can also enjoy a scenic walk along the river if you prefer. The bar snacks and restaurant food were of high quality, and the service was exceptional throughout the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

We had a great stay at this place, with its convenient location by local transport. Being within walking distance to the metro allowed for quick visits to the city center. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The housekeeping was also very prompt and efficient. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a variety of shops/commercial services and a limousine service. We also appreciated the laundry and airport shuttle services, as well as the welcome drink provided upon arrival. The tours/ticket assistance was also a great help in exploring the area. The room itself was well-appointed with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The tea and coffee facilities and mini-bar added to our comfort. We also enjoyed the sitting area and terrace, as well as the rollaway beds and in-room safe. The hotel provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was very convenient. this place offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spacious rooms with incredibly comfortable beds. Friendly staff who happily accommodated all requests, including higher floor and late check out. Immaculately clean with plenty of power outlets. Convenient location for conventions or taking public transportation to the city. Good breakfast options available.

The hotel is conveniently located in front of the Congress convention center, making it an ideal choice for those attending events or conferences. Additionally, the hotel is close to the metro station, providing easy access to the city center and the nearby Pankrac shopping center.

There is a lack of public transportation options near the hotel, making it difficult for those with physical handicaps to get around easily.

The hotel was located in a great spot - close to the metro and a beautiful park for dog walking. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even providing a comfy pet bed for my furry friend to sleep in! the rooms were clean and tidy, plus they offered complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch.

While the overall stay was great, there were a few minor things that could have been improved. the breakfast options were limited, and the coffee wasn't the best.

holiday inn prague exceeded my expectations. breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and comfy, and the location near vysehrad metro was convenient. i had a great dinner at their restaurant too. overall, a fantastic stay!
