The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to the ferry terminal. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized, but nothing major. the breakfast provided was not as expected, with limited options and the inconvenience of having to bring it back to our room.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Sidney. The location was perfect, right in the downtown area on the main street. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a microwave and a large bathroom with two separate sinks. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. Plus, breakfast was included, with a variety of options like cereal or microwaved food.

Such a pleasant surprise! the room was fantastic, with a comfy king bed and a great shower. Loved the big TV too. the location was perfect for catching an early flight at the nearby airport. the staff at the front desk were really helpful too.

The hotel was a bit difficult to find, and the entrance wasn't clearly marked. the parking lot felt a bit open and lacking in security.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the ferry terminal. The location was excellent, with shops and the ocean front nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was available, and transportation options were convenient. The staff provided the best customer service we've experienced, especially Karen H at the front desk. We felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.

De locatie van het hotel was perfect voor mijn zakelijke reis. Het was dicht bij waar ik moest zijn voor een beurs en op loopafstand van de kathedraal en het stadscentrum. Natuurlijk was het hotel natuurlijk vlakbij een tramhalte, wat erg handig was. De kamer was netjes en schoon en had alles wat ik nodig had. De service was attent en het personeel sprak goed Engels. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar toch betaalbaar.

Het enige nadeel was dat de WIFI niet goed werkte en de receptiemedewerkers wisten hier niet veel over.
