Our stay was quite disappointing due to the misinformation we received regarding the pet policy. I specifically inquired multiple times if the fourth floor was pet-free because of my daughter's allergies, yet we encountered a dog on that floor, which severely impacted her health. Although the manager was understanding and tried to assist, the inconsistent communication from staff was frustrating.

Can’t fault the property in any way

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The property was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I attended a festival, and when the shuttle stopped earlier than expected, they quickly arranged a cab for us. I appreciated the easy check-in and check-out process. In the morning, the breakfast options varied, and I enjoyed the hot items. With my Italian background, I do miss good coffee, but the experience was enjoyable overall.
