The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any concerns or needs. the breakfast room staff were particularly helpful. the room was comfortable and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. the hotel is conveniently located, just a short drive from downtown and only two minutes away from shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holidays and loved the experience. the hotel offered complimentary hot chocolate and candy canes, which added to the festive atmosphere. the location was perfect, as it was close to all the shopping and restaurants we wanted to visit. the room was also very spacious, and we enjoyed having a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold.

Some guests were very loud and disrupted our sleep. the check-in process was slow, and we had to wait in line for a long time.
