The location was perfect - just a short walk to the train station and the pedestrian shopping street. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of windows that can be opened. The bathroom was fantastic, with heated tiles and a heated towel rack. The hot tub at the spa was amazing and the whole place had a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast had ample choices and we could even order cooked-to-order eggs. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a great night's sleep. The location was also perfect, close to the train station and within walking distance to all the attractions in town. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. The highlight of our stay was definitely the spa, where we could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend Metropol & Spa for an unforgettable experience in Zermatt.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was fabulous, with my room offering a stunning view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is perfect for those wanting to ski, as it is only 30 steps away from the Sunnegga lift. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the bell staff/porter. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that everything was spotlessly clean. The amenities in the room, such as the mini-bar and sitting area, were well-appointed and added to the overall comfort of my stay. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and garden area where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The dining options were excellent, with a delicious breakfast and a restaurant that served scrumptious food. The staff were always there to make me feel welcome and looked after, treating me like family. I was extremely pleased with my experience at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spot on. The hotel facilities, including the pool/jacuzzi, dinner and breakfast, were all excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. We particularly enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi and the saunas. The location in this sub-zero climate was perfect, with easy access to transportation and beautiful views.

The staff at this place were what I needed after a day of skiing. They were very attentive and friendly, and the pool and hot tub had a clean and lovely view. The service here was top-notch, from the room service to the bell staff/porter, everything was taken care of. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, were great additions to my stay. the staff at this hotel made my experience here very enjoyable.
