Excellent stay, comfortable rooms with kitchenettes, delicious breakfast, and great location within walking distance of popular tourist attractions. Had a small issue with room location, but still overall a fantastic experience. Would recommend this hotel.

This hotel's location is perfect as it's in the downtown westside harbour, so it's within walking distance to most main attractions. The breakfast included in our rate was sufficient and included hot items, which was great. We also loved our room with comfy beds and the kitchenette, which was handy.

Located near the harbor and all tourist destinations, the hotel is conveniently placed within walking distance to all areas where food is available. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, with a range of facilities such as extra storage space and a refrigerator available for guests. The welcoming and accommodating staff offer excellent service and the breakfast is tasty.

One downside is that some guests have experienced noise from outside, which can be disturbing.

Everything was spot on.

I recently stayed at Best Western Plus in downtown, a short walk from the Inner Harbour. The location was perfect for exploring the restaurants, pubs, and shops. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond. The hot breakfast buffet in the quaint breakfast room was a nice touch. The secure underground parking, although at an extra charge, provided peace of mind. Our room had a lovely patio.

I do recommend this hotel.

We really liked the breakfast options, with a helpful staff member ensuring tables were cleaned promptly. The shower head had a great spray, unlike those disappointing rain shower heads. the cute little balcony in our room allowed us to enjoy the outdoors.

The room could use a refresh, as it felt a bit outdated and lacked a bathroom exhaust fan. The exterior walls were also stained and dirty.

The breakfast, staff, rooms, and location were all above standard.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. The spacious rooms with a small kitchen were perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the pool, spa, and sauna after a long day of exploring. The location was superb, within walking distance to Victoria's beautiful harbor.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room had a convenient kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. The staff treated us excellently.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be larger, sturdier trays and a designated place to put them when selecting items.
