Clean hotel, with perfect location, no need for car. Amazing pool area, kids had fun. Nice breakfast options. Spacious room with kitchenet and dining area. Magnificent view from balcony. I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room had a convenient kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops. The staff treated us excellently.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be larger, sturdier trays and a designated place to put them when selecting items.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus. The Deluxe Studio with One King bed was spacious and beautifully renovated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep in a long time. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The daily hot breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day with a variety of delicious options. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore Victoria's attractions without needing a car. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay.

Staff made you feel important. Clean and comfy rooms. Kitchenette and balconies in every room. Great view, quiet location, convenient amenities.

Not obvious to find.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was within walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. We loved being able to explore the city without needing to use our car. the underground parking was a bonus, providing secure parking for our vehicle.

We were quite disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. the interior of the hotel was very dated and in need of an update.

Value for money was exceptional, with clean and comfy rooms, kitchenettes, and balconies in every room. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The staff made us feel like their most important guests throughout our stay.

Breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and nice, and the Wifi worked flawlessly, making it easy for me to work from my room. The room itself was a good size and had a fantastic fridge and kitchen area.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
