We had a wonderful stay at Birds Of A Feather. The location was perfect for launching our kayaks and exploring the beautiful Bird Sanctuary nearby. The breakfast served by Paphada was absolutely scrumptious, especially the gluten-free, dairy-free blueberry pancakes with real Quebec maple syrup. The budget room downstairs was clean, comfortable, and provided the peacefulness we needed during our busy weekend. The owners, Dieter and Paphada, were accommodating and made sure our dietary and vegetarian needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, delicious breakfast, and comfortable accommodations.

I had the most incredible experience at Birds Of A Feather Ocean Lagoon Victoria Condos! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a sense of peace and tranquility. The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and a serene lagoon.

Canoes, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes available. Quiet, serene location. Birds on dock, kids loved kayaking. Great breakfast. Plenty to do nearby - Royal Roads University, Colville Beach, lighthouse. Fantastic stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect, situated right on the bank of the Esquimalt Lagoon and Bird Sanctuary. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the lagoon, as well as Hatley Castle and Fisgard Lighthouse across the way. Nature lovers will be delighted by the opportunity to see eagles, blue herons, geese, and even a beautiful trumpeter swan. The rooms are spacious and clean, with thoughtful amenities such as bathrobes, chocolates, and small hygiene items. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the homemade breakfast is absolutely amazing.

The noise from upstairs rooms can be slightly bothersome.

The cute kitchenette and abundance of blinds for privacy were also great additions. we highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway near Victoria's stunning coastline.

Convenient location for touring, free canoe to visit landmarks. Minimal noise from upstairs. Would stay again! Beautifully cared for property, relaxing grounds, access to lagoon from dock or beach. Sitting on dock enjoying coffee/tea or wine at sunset is a blissful experience. Beautiful room, bird sanctuary view, drive to see driftwood sculptures.

The bed was comfy and the terrace had a beautiful view. Guests came from various countries. The breakfast was delicious and the location was nice.

There were a few aspects of our stay that did not meet our expectations. the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar.

The location of the B&B is perfect, right on the pier with stunning views of the lagoon. It's also conveniently close to the castle and a bakery for breakfast and lunch. The rooms are bright and comfy with private patios, and the staff is fantastic, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast options are delicious, with stuffed blueberry French toast and fresh strawberries and blueberries. There are also facilities like kayaks and an electric car charger available for guests.

The bathroom could use some improvement, as the bathtub can be a bit sketchy to get in and out of, especially for taller guests. A handle or something to hold onto would be helpful to avoid any accidents.
