My experience was less than ideal when I discovered that the floors were sticky throughout the hotel. Despite mentioning it during check-in, the staff simply responded that they had just mopped, which was hard to believe given the condition. This lack of cleanliness really detracted from the overall experience, and I expected much better from a Hilton property.

I appreciated the clean, modern room that made my stay comfortable. The shuttle service was efficient, getting me to the airport quickly. Breakfast offered good options, though I had to pay for it. The dining area was pleasant for working. I would consider returning based on this experience.

the staff was amazing and super friendly, especially Lou at the desk! they had thoughtful provisions like toothpaste and snacks available late at night. the room was clean and spacious, definitely a calming vibe after a rough travel day.

the shuttle service was a total disaster, leaving early and with a rude driver. not to mention, the bathroom door swung out like a wild animal, almost hitting me! i expected a room upgrade for all my troubles, but of course, that was too much to ask. almost wanted to leave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Take advantage of the early shuttle service to avoid delays. it operates on a strict schedule and can save you time.

Management needs to enhance communication about shuttle schedules!!! It would also be great if they cleaned the common areas more thoroughly to avoid sticky floors!!! The dining options nearby could be expanded as well!!!

Had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was outstanding, with cooked-to-order dishes that blew me away. I did have an issue with pool access, though. Overall, I'd definitely return!

Yo, the staff was real chill, especially Rhonda at the front desk—mad friendly. We hit up the bar for some drinks and grub, which was on point. Beds were comfy too, helped ease the stress of sendin' our kid off to NYC. Just wished the pool was available, but still had a dope time. Def wanna come back!

I arrived after unexpected delays and felt relieved to find everything in order. The staff provided helpful assistance when I had trouble printing my boarding pass for an early flight. The onsite restaurant offered a nice breakfast that I enjoyed before heading out. The rooms were nicely equipped with workspaces that made it easy to sort out travel plans. It made my stay comfortable as I adjusted from Italy to this new environment.

The Queen Room I stayed in was super spacious and clean. It had comfy two queen beds, a nice desk, and even a microwave and fridge that came in handy. The bathroom was normal-sized, which was fine, and it felt cozy overall. Plus, I loved the Keurig coffee maker for my morning caffeine fix. Definitely a solid place to crash before catching my flight!

Had a great time, the shuttle was so quick to the airport, no waiting around like a fool. Kandi and Angel during breakfast made it feel like home, it wasn't just food, it was a moment, they engaged and made the morning brighter.

Yeah it wasn't cheap but worth it for the memories.
