The staff was incredibly attentive to my needs, bringing in an extra shower chair when requested and ensuring I was close to an exit due to mobility issues.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay considering the convenience to nearby sites.

I had a great stay with clean rooms and a tasty breakfast that fueled my city explorations. The hotel's closeness to Girard Park, just a 15-minute walk away, made it easy to enjoy the beautiful park views and local landmarks like the Lafayette Art Gallery, which is only 2.5 km just a short stroll away.

The hot tub in our room was flippin awesome, ja! Super comfy bed, lekker channels on the TV, and I loved the separate shower vibe—much nicer for a quick rinse! Staff were super friendly, too, always had a smile.

my stay at best western plus was not exactly the luxurious getaway i envisioned. the pool was closed for guests—were they saving it for their friends? the room had those unsightly stains everywhere. i can't fathom how a hotel can treat a guest like this and not offer a proper compensation. almost gave it a good review, but i just couldn't.
