Awesome room on the 28th floor with a stunning view. Super comfy beds and a large modern bathroom. Loved the big lounge chair and spacious feel! Location is perfect for walking to Gastown and Chinatown. Fitness center, hot tub, and steam room were great. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle to Capilano right outside. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice size and all necessary amenities. The bed offered excellent comfort for restful nights. Natural light flooded in from the numerous windows, showcasing beautiful city views. The air conditioning was a relief in the heat. noise from the busy street below occasionally disrupted the tranquility. The bathroom was modern, featuring a powerful and hot shower. Internet speed was decent but could be improved for multiple devices. the absence of a microwave in the room was inconvenient, especially with kids. Staff were friendly and accommodating, adding a pleasant touch to the stay.

The location is perfect, with easy access to attractions and transport.

Great location and comfy stay

Loved the huge room and comfy bed! The view of the West End was awesome. Really close to Stanley Park and Granville Island, which was a big plus. The front desk could use a few more peeps during busy times. Oh, and the fridge froze our food, which was kinda annoying.

lift access to the car park was hard to find so carrying suitcases up and down stairs was a hassle. daily housekeeping missed replacing some items and the pool didn't have towels for two days.

incredible location with stunning views

The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly, I wish I could take it home. The coffee from the Nespresso made my husband’s mornings, and the spacious room was perfect for our family. the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and I had some trouble with the shower doors. While the staff was friendly, knowledge about the area varied; we found good food nearby but had to ask locals for tips. A surprise charge on my credit card post-stay was frustrating, dampening an otherwise lovely experience. Still, the views and location were fantastic, making exploring easy and enjoyable.

Perfectly situated for endless exploration and delightful dining

This hotel is amazing because it sits right in the heart of the city with everything you need just a few steps away including fantastic Japanese and Korean restaurants local coffee shops and even a cute crepe spot across the street while it’s also easy to stroll to iconic landmarks like Stanley Park which is just a bit over 20 minutes away on foot passing popular places like Danbo ramen shop and organic markets the rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views and the staff is friendly but the parking situation could use some improvement since it was a little tricky to find a spot when I arrived.

The location is excellent, with stunning views from the back corner balcony. Clean and spacious rooms add to the appeal, complete with a Nespresso machine for a perfect morning coffee. Quick access to Stanley Park and nearby restaurants is a definite highlight; Zepherelli’s spaghetti is fantastic. several issues arose. The ceiling light switch was baffling and took time to figure out. WiFi connectivity was inconsistent. While the front desk was responsive, service could improve—waiting a half-hour for maintenance was less than ideal. The restaurant was closed, limiting dining options in bad weather. Attention to these areas would elevate the experience significantly.

The staff were super friendly and unbelievably helpful throughout my stay! My room was spacious with a lovely balcony view. I absolutely loved relaxing in the heated pool and soaking in the jacuzzi—pure bliss!

The location is fantastic with tons of great food spots nearby. The views from my corner room were just spectacular, and the quick response from the housekeeping team was impressive.

The room was sweltering, and despite the staff's attempts, the air conditioning just wouldn’t cool it down. I ended up leaving the balcony door open all night, but the noise from the street made it impossible to sleep.
