As a budget traveler, I absolutely loved the Cairns Motel. The owner was incredibly accommodating and met all our needs with a smile. The beautiful garden was an added bonus, where we got to encounter three stunning wolves. Ice was readily available and the location was perfect for enjoying delicious seafood from the nearby fish market.

The owner is very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. The motel is clean, comfy, and has all the basic amenities. I loved the nice garden and even got to see three beautiful wolves in the backyard, which was awesome. There's also a gas station, plenty of restaurants, and shopping facilities nearby. Plus, the motel is close to the water, which is a bonus. One of the highlights was the towels that were folded into adorable animal shapes - a nice touch!

It took a while for the water to get hot in the showers and noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. There were only two chairs for a room that accommodates four people.

I had an amazing stay at this motel. The location was perfect, centrally located to all the attractions on the island. It was so convenient to be able to easily visit all the places I wanted to see. Additionally, I loved the proximity to the fish market and shopping facilities, making it easy to grab some fresh seafood or do some shopping without having to travel far.
