Staying at the Highlands Resort was exactly as expected; it's a reasonably priced 3 hotel. the one bedroom villa was spacious, although a bit dated. the staff was friendly and the proximity to Calabogie Motorsports Park was convenient for my track event. I particularly enjoyed the relaxing golf course on the property, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. the nearby landmarks added to the family bonding experience, with opportunities to explore and create lasting memories.

From a fabulous fly fishing course to lovely ceremonies by the water, surrounded by stunning views. the historic building is a treat. Staff is friendly and helpful; great value for a spacious villa. Cons: Nothing feels homier than sharing a bathtub with a few dead bugs.

All the staff were super friendly, making us feel right at home. the hotel had a golf course, which was a perfect spot to unwind, and to top it off, the location was ideal for us since we were attending an event at a nearby race track. 🏌️‍♂️ All was great, just had a bit of a bug problem in the room which I sorted out myself--not a biggie, though! .
