The amenities at the hotel were worth the price, especially having access to Netflix in the room. Additionally, the presence of a bar was a nice bonus.

Although the room had a modern setup, the carpet had several large stains which was very off-putting. the lack of extra bedding made it difficult to have a cozy sleep.

The hotel is situated in a great upscale area, close enough to Houston center. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is commendable. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a nice fitness room and a pleasant decor. The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of hot and healthy choices, including cooked oatmeal, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and yogurt. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions and tips on the area and restaurants nearby.

During our stay, we enjoyed the excellent location with well-lit parking, in a great and upscale area, close to all the restaurants. The room layout was impressive, well-decorated, with a comfortable sectional couch and a small nook that included a microwave and a small fridge. The water closet on one side and a full vanity/sink in another made the bathroom very convenient. We were impressed by the friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was excellent with a variety of options.
