We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, with its delicious signature cocktails and outstanding late dinner and brunch options. The lobby was very inviting and the check-in staff were great. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The recently renovated room had an excellent walk-in shower. We also appreciated the 24-hour canteen-like kiosk on the side of the main desk, which allowed us to conveniently bill small items directly to our room. The location was great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and close proximity to the stampede grounds.

Stayed here for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond. Upgraded to a corner king room with downtown view. Clean room, loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom. Super friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking was convenient.

the room itself was clean and comfortable. the big TV and nice shower were definite highlights. the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided good customer service. the location was also convenient, being near the Calgary Tower and the main mall area.

the noise from the air vent outside my room was incredibly bothersome and disrupted my sleep. the bathroom light with a glass door was quite inconvenient, as it could easily disturb other guests in the room.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in downtown, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The staff here are truly amazing - they were so friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything I needed. The room itself was set up really well, with a super comfy king size bed where I could watch Netflix. It was such a bonus to have that option for entertainment. my stay here was a real pleasure and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! the shower was absolutely fantastic, and the view of the tower from my room was breathtaking. the location couldn't have been better as I was attending a conference at the Telus Centre. Plus, having a Starbucks in the lobby was a dream come true for me.

On the negative side, I did find the water pressure in the shower to be a bit low. It would have been nice to have a stronger flow.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring downtown Calgary. It is within walking distance of many attraction, and just one block away from Stephen Avenue. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer great city views. The staff is friendly and helpful. The value for the price is good.

The hotel charges extra for internet access, which is not appropriate at their price point.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to Calgary Tower and other attractions. The shuttle bus service to the airport was a major convenience, making my journey hassle-free. The room was magnificent, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful layout. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and quick to respond to my needs. I was especially impressed by their quickness in changing my pillows and helping me adjust the heating system. the service provided was top-notch and made me feel right at home.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the area. The service, amenities, and location were all incredible, giving me a truly enjoyable experience.
