The breakfast was amazing and the view of the volcano was spectacular. The lush grounds and proximity to the Hanging Bridges and volcano activities were a plus. Loved the feeling of being in nature with the option to close a door to it. The games added to the overall experience.

I recently stayed at Arenal Lodge for a week-long vacation and I cannot say enough positive things about it. The breathtaking views of the garden and mountain were absolutely amazing. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They even helped us patch our tire and fill it with air when we had a screw in it. The room was clean and exactly what we needed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a secluded area with a stunning view of a volcano. The property was very large, with two hiking trails and abundant wildlife. I booked a family suite, which was incredibly spacious with separate bathrooms for each room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at the onsite restaurant was delicious. The highlight of my stay was being able to relax in the infinity pool and hot tubs while admiring the breathtaking view.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the volcano. The chalets were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious, allowing us to start our day off right.

One of the major drawbacks we experienced was the quality of the food. As Europeans, we found the meals to be subpar, with an overly salted filet mignon and a lackluster menu.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the hidden location of the hotel, nestled in the mountains next to the volcano. The full view of the volcano, when the clouds cleared, was spectacular. The peaceful ambiance, surrounded by the rainforest, made for a truly tranquil stay. We also enjoyed the variety of bird species, including hummingbirds, that we could observe from the dining area. The swimming pool and two jacuzzis provided endless fun for us and our kids. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more pleasant.

The location, though a short drive from the center of town, was worth it for the incredible flora and fauna surrounding the property. The staff was friendly and the owner went out of their way to provide helpful advice for our trip. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed watching the multitude of hummingbirds while dining.

The view from the balcony of my spacious room was absolutely breathtaking, with the lush garden and the majestic volcano in sight. I even spotted a red-eyed little frog right in the lobby! The restaurant offered a great view of the volcano as well. The staff at the hotel provided excellent customer service and were always friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was also perfect, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere compared to other hotels in the area.

Although the room was advertised with WiFi, it was only available in the lobby and the connection was not reliable. The food in the restaurant was not up to par and lacked flavor, although the breakfast did have some fresh pineapple.

Spectacular views from the chalet rooms, despite the rainy weather. Plenty of space to wander around and a cozy lobby for rainy days. Staff provided excellent hospitality, especially Chichi. Delicious food, including their famous gallo pinto. The horseback riding tour with Ronald is a must-try.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including Terry and Chichi, were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. The property is massive with amazing trails to explore, surpassing some paid tours. The room, although older, was clean, well-appointed, and had a stunning view. The included breakfast was also delicious.
