We recently stayed at the Canadian Rockies Chalets for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even returning my call within minutes of our arrival. The kitchen and living area were spacious and well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated being able to easily request any extra items we needed from the front desk, and the TV had a great selection of channels. The highlight of our stay was the upgrade to a 3 bedroom suite, which was immaculately clean and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. My children, who are allergic to cats and dogs, didn't experience any symptoms during our stay.

We had a great time staying in a spacious chalet with our own kitchen and separate rooms. The view outside was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown and really close to the train tracks. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything and the facilities provided were excellent, such as the well-equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms.

I had a recent stay at a well-laid out chalet in the beautiful Canadian Rockies. The chalet was spacious and nicely renovated, providing plenty of space for our group. The location was also great, conveniently located near restaurants. Despite some minor issues, such as a leaky fridge and a yellow, stinky shower curtain, the overall experience was positive. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and pots, and there were lots of towels available. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the chalet. Though there was some noise from the nearby train line, it didn't bother us too much. The only other downside was the lack of soundproofing, as we could hear footsteps and conversations from the units upstairs. However, the comfortable beds made it easy to get a good night's sleep. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this place for its value, comfort, and convenient location.
