As youngsters, we loved the rooftop pool and bar with amazing city views and delicious cocktails.

We felt very welcome, nothing to complain about.

Celebrated a grand banquet in the Pacific Ballroom, complete with high-tech equipment and beautiful surroundings. Noshed on a unique mix of dried fruits and condiments that tantalized my taste buds. Enjoyed a panoramic view of the city while sipping drinks at the Summit Lounge on the rooftop.

Got a great workout running around the airport looking for an ATM because the hotel assured me the taxi accepted credit cards. So fun losing my glasses too!

this hotel exceeded my expectations! i loved how helpful and friendly the staff were, and the facilities, especially the gym and rooftop bar, were fantastic. the location was great too, just a short walk or cheap taxi ride to the old city. definitely good value for money!

This hotel is situated in a great location, away from the busy touristy old district but still close to popular places like Hanoi's old quarters and the other lake. The view of the west lake from the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished with a lovely bathtub and plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly, helpful, and kind, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast offers a delicious selection of both local and western dishes.

The bathrooms in the hotel could use some refurbishment, particularly the shower stall walls which are slightly stained.

The luxurious amenities and exceptional service at this hotel made for a truly exceptional stay. the spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were top-notch, providing a relaxing evening after a day of exploring. the massage and full body treatments were of the highest quality and left us feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for soaking up the sun and the staff provided thoughtful touches such as cold towels and fresh fruit.

While there were many positives, one minor issue was the limited size of the bar at the very top of the hotel. the pictures made it appear there was more outside space, but in reality, it was quite small and limited to only a few chairs.

The rooms and amenities were beyond expectations, providing a calm oasis in the bustling city. The lakeside views were magnificent and highly recommended for a relaxing vacation. The F&B selections were in line with a 5-star experience and the rooftop bar offered breathtaking views. The hotel also had an indoor heated swimming pool and other amenities like a spa. Transport to tourist destinations was easy with readily available taxis. we highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, and business trips.
