The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with freshly ironed sheets and a very clean bathroom. Despite the old appearance of the buildings from the outside, the interior looked newly built. The customer service was excellent and staff members were very helpful. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the main square.

What a fantastic romantic escape! the hotel was in a prime location, situated perfectly between the charming Old Town and the vibrant Jewish district. We loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere and explore the city at our own pace. the room itself was clean and beautifully decorated, creating a lovely ambiance for our getaway. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of Imagine Apartments is excellent, with attractions such as the Old Town, Wawel Castle, and public transportation within walking distance. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with new repairs and comfortable furniture. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing little extras like free candies, tea, and coffee. As foreign tourists, we greatly appreciated the convenience and comfort of the amenities.

Imagine Apartments provided a comfortable and modern accommodation for our stay in Krakow. The location was fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from the city center. Although we didn't have much interaction with the staff, we received a helpful message regarding transport to the airport. The apartment was a cute place to stay for a few days.

Arrival was easy and the staff member was hospitable. The apartments are in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes walk to the vibrant Jewish Quarter and 5 minutes walk to the lively market square. Moreover, the room was very nice and comfortable, clean and new.

There were a few downsides to our stay. Firstly, the double bed we paid for turned out to be 2 single beds pushed together, which was not the most comfortable.
