The value for money at this lodge was excellent, with a spacious and clean room that had a nice little kitchen. The location was great, away from the noise but still within walking distance to everything in the village. The staff at Cascade Lodge were amazing, always helpful and willing to assist with anything we needed.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety and options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to everything in the Village. The bus stop was also nearby, making it convenient for traveling back to Vancouver. The prices were reasonable, which was a bonus. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and jacuzzis. I also appreciated the ski storage area with free service. The staff at check-in and check-out were very polite and courteous.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The pool was a good size, and there were plenty of lounge chairs even when it started to fill up. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. What set this hotel apart was the unique feature of video instructions on the TV menu, which made it easy to navigate and use all the different features. The location of the hotel was excellent, right across from the North Village with lots of great shops. It was also fairly close to everything, making it convenient to explore the city.

The second bedroom being separate from the main living area allowed for privacy, perfect for families. The location provided excellent views from the windows. The hotel is away from the rowdy nightlife but still close to the village and restaurants. Underground parking is available for convenience. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the staff were friendly. The pool area and hot tubs looked nice, although we didn't have a chance to use them. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and had a great view of Blackcomb and Whistler mountains.

Felt truly spoilt, nothing to complain about

The proximity to the village was handy and we were able to walk to the lifts in just a few minutes. the outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were a great size and provided a relaxing experience. the one-bedroom room was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the room was also a convenient feature.

Our experience at this hotel was not the best. the property itself was extremely outdated and in need of renovations.

As women traveling alone, we loved the location - just a short walk to the middle of town and the gondola. The two spas and heated pool were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The staff were warm and helpful, making us feel safe and welcome. The studio with kitchen appliances allowed us to prepare meals easily, and having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment was a great convenience. Everything was clean and modern, and we had a quiet and comfortable stay.

This hotel is in a prime location just down from the main walking area with tons of access to restaurants. there is a grocery store nearby for convenience. The rooms are comfortable with a well-stocked kitchenette and the option to have a washer/dryer in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The facilities include a great pool and hot tub, as well as a well-equipped gym.

Some of the underground parking spots are incredibly tight, which may make some guests nervous.

Best aspects of our stay were the convenient location and the friendly staff. the hotel was situated in a prime spot, close to the center of the village and within walking distance to the gondola. This made it easy for us to explore Whistler and enjoy the winter activities. Additionally, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable and ensuring that our needs were met.

Worst aspects of our stay were the outdated rooms and the lack of amenities. the rooms had seen better days and were in desperate need of renovation.

The room was spotless and had a wide range of kitchen supplies. The hot tubs were a great addition, especially since there were multiple ones to accommodate more guests. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the bus depot, a large grocery store, shops, and restaurants. It only took a five-minute free bus ride to get to the ski lift. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful.
