Exceptional staff service made our stay delightful.

We faced several disappointments during our time at Villa Fiorita. The towels in the bathroom had visible stains, which felt unwelcoming. Moreover, the air conditioning unit blew directly onto one side of the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The overall cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, particularly the dusty surfaces, which is concerning for allergy sufferers.

Oh my goodness, the homemade cakes at breakfast were a game changer! Pair that with the amazing views from our terrace and the elegant decor throughout the hotel, it was pure bliss. We felt so relaxed lounging by the stunning pool area—definitely a highlight of our stay!

We did notice a few towels in the bathroom that had marks on them, which slightly dinged the otherwise flawless cleanliness. Also, while we loved the atmosphere, the music at the bar was a bit loud at times, which we could hear from our terrace. But honestly, those little things didn't take away from the overall experience!

Additionally, I found that the towels provided were worn and had stains, detracting from the overall experience. I was also disappointed with the quality of the breakfast box I received on check-out day, as it was very basic compared to the main breakfast options available.

villa fiorita is super cute and cozy, like perfect for us! the service is outta this world, everyone is so friendly and helpful! the room we stayed in was spacious and we had a balcony with an awesome sea view! breakfast had lots of yummy pastries, tons of pistachio stuff! location was pretty prime, close to the funicular and main streets.

but the air conditioning was loud and made it kinda hard to sleep sometimes. also, the bathroom could use some more decor to make it feel less plain.
