the hotel in old town was a delightful surprise - the history, renovation, and view from the roof were impressive. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. And being so close to amazing pizza made it even better!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for my family of 4. The view of the lively street was amazing, yet I couldn't hear any noise at night. The hotel is tucked away behind a big door in a charming courtyard, with a few stairs or a classic elevator to reach it. The breakfast provided was lovely, and the staff, including Genarro, Camilla, and Lucia. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the historic quarter, just a few minutes' walk from Via Toledo, and there are fabulous restaurants only a few meters away. Additionally, the hotel is right by all of the historic center sites and is in the old area, making it extremely convenient to explore everything.

We had the most amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the city on the main tourist street. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the great sights. And even though it was on a busy street, it felt like a peaceful oasis when we stepped into the courtyard. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning, with high ceilings and beautiful baroque ornamentation. We also had a balcony that overlooked the bustling street below, which was such a treat. The staff here were exceptional, so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location of this hotel is perfect, within easy walking distance of most attractions and a host of eating and drinking choices. However, it is near impossible for vehicles to navigate to the hotel on weekends due to the human traffic. We had the unpleasant experience of having to pull our luggage on the cobblestone street on the day of our departure as the taxi refused to drive in.

The bedroom and courtyard were fabulous, as was the antique lift. The staff, including Genaro and his colleague, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location in the heart of the historic part of the vibrant city was perfect, with easy access to the Dante Metro and main Garibaldi Station. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the rooms, including a loft bedroom with a private bathroom, were very nice. The rooftop seating area offered outstanding views, and the staff made delicious breakfasts, including eggs made to order.

Felt safe and secure, no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic time at Santa Chiara Boutique. The location was perfect, right in the heart of old town Naples with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. Although there were a few minor drawbacks like street noise and a bulky ironing board, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The hotel's rooftop terrace offered stunning views and the breakfast was satisfying. I would definitely recommend Santa Chiara Boutique to anyone visiting Naples. I had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked amenities such as a bathrobe and laundry service. the bed was also too short, making it uncomfortable for taller guests.

the room was perfect for my family, with a spacious loft where our children could sleep and play. We were pleasantly surprised by the two bathrooms and closets. the main entrance gate added to the charm of the hotel, and the pictures online don't do justice to how beautiful the rooms actually are. the beds and sheets were incredibly comfortable. the central location allowed us to easily visit key sites in Naples, and the staff went above and beyond in providing exceptional service. They even packed us a delicious breakfast for our early morning flight. I highly recommend Santa Chiara Boutique.
