During my stay at Chateau Nova, I was amazed by the breathtaking view from my room. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily access downtown for a city walk and enjoy delicious food. The nearby Frame Lake provided a stunning backdrop for viewing the mesmerizing northern lights at night. The value for money at Chateau Nova was exceptional, considering the amenities and services offered. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value, comfortable rooms, and excellent location.

Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a good selection of amenities including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, and nice assortment of dishes. The closet is large with plenty of hangers. Lobby sofas are fantastic. Food at the Quarry is superior to Traders Grill. Easy and accommodating with early check-in. Complimentary voucher for city cab from airport. Highly recommended!

My Easter weekend at this hotel was amazing! the staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They offered complimentary hot chocolate and marshmallows for the kids which was a nice touch. the hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful views of the surroundings. the beds were super comfortable, allowing us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day.

We did experience some noise issues on the first night which made it hard to sleep. We were on the second floor and could hear children running around until late at night.

The hotel had modern facilities and a spacious room with a washing machine and dryer. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-equipped.

One thing that stood out to me was the convenience of the aurora tour pick-up and drop-off. Being the last to be picked up and the first to be dropped off allowed me to have more time to prepare and rest. The housekeeping staff was excellent, and I appreciated the gesture of placing a chair in the hallway for me after my knee surgery.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel. The hotel is modern and well-insulated, which was perfect for the cold weather. It's conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to explore. The major tour operators pick up and drop off right at the hotel, making it convenient for sightseeing. The parking is extensive and even has electrical plugs for winter block heater connections.

We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the restaurant, which catered to everyone's diverse food preferences. The location was perfect, as everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The staff, particularly the last three encounters, were friendly and helpful, making our overall experience enjoyable.
