Wonderful gem with a great location, offering easy access to nearby ski resorts. The clean, quiet room provided a cozy retreat after a day full of activities. Breakfast included a fresh waffle station and a variety of options, making it satisfying for everyone. However, one downside was that the pool area could be crowded, limiting the swimming experience. Also, the front desk service was hit-or-miss. while some staff were helpful, others could be more accommodating.

The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and made the check-in process a breeze. Room amenities like the refrigerator and microwave were handy. The hotel was beautifully maintained, though the Wi-Fi struggled at times. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement in connectivity.

The vegetarian omelette serving at breakfast was not kept separate from non-vegetarian options. The pool was a hit with my teens, and towels were provided. The staff offered a complimentary meal for workers, and I enjoyed the saltwater indoor swimming pool. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and a fresh waffle station.

What a wonderful stay! Our room was not only clean but also spacious with a microwave, perfect for keeping snacks. The breakfast spread was amazing, with everything from scrambled eggs to a waffle station, it really set us up for the day! And the saltwater indoor pool was a hit with the kids after our adventures!

I was disappointed with the pool closure during my stay. We were told it would be unavailable due to cleanliness issues, and this extended over multiple days, which was frustrating since my kids were looking forward to swimming. Additionally, I found the breakfast staff unprofessional. not only was the juice weak, but I also saw them handling trash without gloves before serving food items.

Had an awesome stay with friends! The clean pool was perfect after a day at the slopes. We checked out Cannon Mountain, which was fantastic, and loved the comfy rooms. It was a nice drive to Bretton Woods too. Breakfast was solid, and the staff was super helpful.

Just a heads up, the hot tub was a bit crowded after coming back from Santa's Village, so we waited a while before getting in.

The indoor pool was a perfect hangout for the teens! A great clean vibe throughout with easy access to explore the snowy beauty outside.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints.
