Ho avuto un soggiorno fantastico in questo hotel a Kyoto! La posizione è molto comoda, a soli 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, il che è ottimo per esplorare la regione in treno. Le camere sono estremamente confortevoli e pulite, con tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque stia pianificando un viaggio a Kyoto!

The Christmas decorations were really nice and festive, it helped lighten up the mood. We got complimentary chocolates on Christmas day which was a nice touch. the hotel was located right in the heart of the city which made it really easy for us to go sightseeing and explore the shops. the bed was quite comfortable too.

The bathroom was really small and cramped and the showerhead wasn't great. We had to pay for breakfast which wasn't worth it as there weren't many vegetarian options and it wasn't very tasty.

The location of this hotel is the best - very close to Gran Via and excellent for exploring tourist Madrid. The rooms have very nice views of the city and are very comfortable. The staff provides good service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The breakfast, although a bit small for the number of guests, has plenty of choices to suit all tastes. the value for money and attention to detail are commendable.

Perfect central location, clean room with all necessary amenities, and helpful staff. The daily housekeeping and small fridge in the room were big pluses. Despite the occasional weak Wi-Fi signal and low water pressure, we enjoyed our stay. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was absolutely ideal for our trip. Being very central, we were able to walk to popular squares, streets, shops, and attractions with ease. It was the main reason we booked this hotel. Additionally, the staff provided good service and the rooms were well-equipped, offering a nice view of the city.

We stayed in a well-situated hotel between three underground stations and in a convenient area for exploration. Cafes opposite were a big plus for us. It was in the heart of the city, which made sightseeing easier. The beds were comfortable, and the design was appealing.

Great location in the heart of Madrid, allowing easy access to most sightseeing by walking. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Good-sized rooms. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. City view highly recommended.

Felt well taken care of, no reason to complain.

The hotel was brilliantly located for exploring the city. Despite being in a central area, I expected some noise at night, but there was nothing the hotel could do about it. The lack of a fridge or tea/coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing. Additionally, I found out that the safety deposit box came at an extra cost. However, the staff were helpful whenever we asked them anything. We decided to eat out at the local restaurants and bars, but the lovely coffee shop opposite the hotel entrance was perfect for breakfast every morning. Considering the expensive accommodation in the city, I believe we got value for money on what we spent.

I recently stayed at the Regente hotel for a week while exploring the city. The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated right in the heart of Gran Via, the main shopping street. It was also conveniently close to bus and metro stations. The staff, especially the two Arab gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself seemed newly renovated and the breakfast option was a bonus. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
