We had an amazing time staying at a riverside hotel, with the river right out our back door. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, from shopping to nature. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-outfitted kitchen. The view of the river from our private patio was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

There were some minor inconveniences, such as the soft bed and outdated bathroom, but they didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

The facilities were excellent, with access to a washer and dryer in the unit. the experience was great, and the check-in process was a breeze.

The noise from the upstairs neighbors was a bit bothersome at times.

The city trip went smoothly with some complementary facts from the hotel. The location was very key, close to the city center and all the amenities that the city could provide. The train station was a short walk away, which made it very easy and affordable to get around the city. The room view was nice, we were able to see some wildlife every morning.

The hotel lacked in some aspects such as customer service, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, they did not go out of their way to assist us.

I had a fantastic stay at the Chateau Riverside! The front desk staff, Sunny, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He showed me how to use the gate and the keys to my unit, and even walked me around the unit to explain everything. The suite was spacious and very clean, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the private sauna in the unit, a great way to relax. The staff's attention to detail was impressive, with daily check-ins to ensure I had everything I needed. The view of the river was beautiful and the private patio was a peaceful spot to enjoy a book and a coffee.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the heavy main door and the slightly small bedroom, overall, I had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, and I even had the opportunity to witness a sow and her cubs by the river, which was a fantastic sight.
