We had a great stay at Comfort Inn. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was satisfying and convenient. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We also appreciated the location, with nearby restaurants and easy access to the highway. we had a pleasant experience at Comfort Inn Baie-Comeau.

The front desk staff were sweet, accommodating, and kind. The well-maintained hotel is located conveniently on Rt 138, close to McDonalds and Tim Hortons. The king size bed was really nice and comfy. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Baie-Comeau and I couldn't be happier with my experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with the most comfortable beds ever. I had a great night's sleep and woke up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. Lastly, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently located near the shopping mall and pretty much everything I needed was just a short walk or drive away. I couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

But what made my stay truly exceptional was the staff - a true angel in disguise, helping me through a family emergency with kindness and support.

Only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast selection for the size of the hotel.

The rooms are spacious and updated, with comfortable beds and a fridge. the location is convenient for travelers on a long drive, with very little noise from the highway. the staff is friendly and able to speak both French and English.

The breakfast lacked options, with no croissants or real butter, and the coffee was poor-tasting. the eggs are nothing to write home about, and the bagels were hidden under the counter, requiring us to ask for a knife to slice it.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of Vieux-Lille and all the main places of interest, shops, cafés, restaurants. It is also conveniently close to both stations, making transportation easy. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, with spotlessly clean rooms and bathrooms. The staff are welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is of good quality and satisfying.

The bed was really comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. the hotel's location directly on the main road was convenient, and there were nearby fast food options.

The breakfast left much to be desired with a lack of options and poor tasting coffee. the cleanliness of the rooms was below par, with crumbs on the blankets and dusty surfaces.

The beds are really comfy, rooms are spacious and updated, and the staff is friendly in French or English. Good coffee available anytime and breakfast is adequate.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the service provided by the hotel staff. the room I stayed in was excellent. It was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage for me. It was conveniently located near key attractions and facilities, making it easy for me to explore the area and access everything I needed.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like. the pricing for the bottled water in the room was quite high, which made me question the safety of the tap water.
