It was an easy drive to popular attractions like Old Fort Erie, Peace Bridge, and Niagara Falls. Additionally, there were grocery stores nearby for added convenience.

The parking was ample and it was quiet at night. The location was great for visiting Niagara Falls and the US border. The staff at check-in and during breakfast provided useful information about local places to eat.

The location was perfect for me as it was just a short drive to all the major attractions. The hotel itself was completely renovated and everything looked new and clean. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to my son's allergies. They allowed me to review the ingredients on the labels and even provided me with milk so that my son could enjoy his cereal in the room. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, ham, fresh fruit, and more. The staff at the hotel made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay.

The convenience of the location was superb. We were able to easily access the main street for food and other amenities. It was also great that the hotel is just a block away from the U.S.A. cutoff. The parking lot facing the QEW highway was a plus, and we didn't experience any highway noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely choose to stay at this Comfort Inn again.

The staff at the front desk, especially Christina, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were extremely accommodating and understanding of my situation. I was stranded for three nights due to a work trip issue, but they let me wait in the lobby and even provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. The jacuzzi suite was a perfect way to relax and destress. The breakfast served on-site was incredible, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient parking for oversized commercial vehicles. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Comfort Inn. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and will book a room here again if I'm in the area.

Staff seemed uninformed about local restaurants and were uninterested when we complained about the dirty room. Inconvenient wake-up call at 5 am that we didn't request, leading to an unpleasant start to the day.
