The hotel is conveniently located beside the Canada One shopping outlet and a short drive from the falls. The staff were courteous and the Christmas decorations were lovely. The pool was great and there were inexpensive places to eat nearby. The room size was good and the bed was comfy.

The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms lacked soundproofing. External noise and footsteps from the floor above were prominent.

The room had cleanliness issues with crumbs on one of the beds and a cigarette burn on the bedspread. The remote for the TV was missing the back plate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just west of the Falls and next to an outlet mall. I was able to easily catch the Wego bus from the hotel to all the attractions without any hassle. The attached IHOP restaurant was a great bonus, and with the $10 coupon I enjoyed a delicious breakfast or lunch. The mattress and pillows in the room were so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The pool and hot tub area was a highlight, with its relaxing atmosphere and large windows. The staff were excellent, providing friendly and helpful service throughout my stay.

My stay at the Comfort Inn was a pleasant surprise. Despite the budget-friendly prices, the motel exceeded my expectations. The entire floor was dedicated to our hockey team, giving us plenty of space. The pool area was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Despite a few areas that needed improvement, such as the non-functional wifi and unfriendly staff, I found the motel to be a decent place to stay with room for improvement.

The location here was perfect for me. I could easily reach all the attractions using the Wego bus line. Plus, it was a short walk to Joe and Laurie's restaurant for affordable and delicious food. The hotel also had a convenient location near nearby restaurants and an outlet mall.
